The office and maintenance staff are extremely kind and truly of great help - The office staff ALWAYS gets back to you if you leave them a message and most of the time they are available in the leasing office. The place is kept extremely clean and they do a good job enforcing the rules that keep it that way. I am very pleased with Haven 76.

We have lived in different apartments, including some in Carlsbad, and these are the nicest ones we have ever lived in. They are modern, clean, and well built. The appliances are full sized and not cheap ones. We love our apartment and I wish we would have moved here sooner. Our entire apartment is vinyl with the exception of the bedrooms, which are carpet. The flooring is not cheap flooring and it looks nice. All lighting in the house is either recessed LED lighting or fans in the bedrooms. This is the first apartment we have lived in that provides fans, and very nice ones too, in the bedrooms. Our last apartments did not even have lighting any of the rooms or the living room. This apartment has lighting in all rooms and has the option to plug in lamps which are connected to a light switch. I will provide an update on utilities when we get our first bill. Our kitchen is awesome, and despite the size, it is quite roomy. We opted for their smallest 2 bedroom apartment, and they managed to arrange all the living spaces to feel roomy and full. Many times, all the spaces are cramped. Haven 76 is the exception. The only complaint I have, and it's really common with apartment living, is parking can be a little tough sometimes. Unless they also assign parking spots forcing residents to actually park in their assigned garages, this will continue to be an issue. For those who are used to apartment living, this will always be a constant battle. Overall, we love our apartment. Haven 76 did it right.
