Lower 3 Bedroom East Side

It's at 1803 Buffalo Road, unit one. You'll find a lower 3-bedroom unit. First, you start off with a big porch before entering the unit. You come directly into the living room, which leads into the dining room. Then the kitchen, all the way in the back of the unit, has washer and dryer hookups. There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom too. Monthly rent is $1100, and the tenant is responsible for all utilities.
We do work with section 8 and other programs

No evictions the past 3 years
Pets allowed $250 non refundable fee then $50 per month per pet. With a 2 pet maximum. For upper units animals must be 25lbs or less.
We do require first and double security deposit.
