This lower two-bedroom unit at 746 E 6th Street features a living room, dining room, and off-street parking behind the building. Rent is $800 per month, with tenants covering all utilities.
Section 8 and other programs are accepted.
Applicants must earn three times the rent and have no evictions in the past three years.
Pets are welcome with a $250 non-refundable fee plus $50 per month per pet, up to two pets total; for upper units, pets must weigh 25 lbs or less.
First month’s rent and a double security deposit are required
(one deposit returned after a year’s renewal).
Tenants must carry $300,000 in liability insurance.
Appliances are not repaired or replaced
There is a yearly maintenance fee of $12.50 per month.
