I have lived here for a year now and it's been fine. Brian is no longer here but any issues or anything I needed fixed was done quickly. Neighbors are quiet and the location is great. Its nothing fancy but the units are well maintained and I do love the rooftop deck.
Worst place to live. Dishwasher never worked. They kept my deposit.
Lived there nearly five years. No pets. Getting work orders done is a joke. You have to call the owner to get things done....

God fobid he cines on hia own to fix something it was a million questions on why it broke A week befor i moved my car was stolen right out of the parking spot i paid for in the lot.
The apartment manager is a real piece of work. He seems to take his position of authority as an excuse to treat people poorly...
The apartment manager is a real piece of work. He seems to take his position of authority as an excuse to treat people poorly and take his aggressions out on you. He will not respond quickly to any requests for maintenance (I'm still waiting for a shelf and a carbon monoxide alarm, for 3 years.) and if you ask for any task he will groan over it. The rooms are okay, they leak horribly so temperature is sometimes an issue. The rooftop deck is a joke with many boards coming loose and the grill near unusable since no one cleans it.

The clerk who answered the phone responded rudely, "I have no idea how much they are" and then stated "we don't have any available." I understand if you have no apartments of that specific size available, but you just lost a potential renter because of your lack of professionalism with me on the phone. Another response could have been, the apartments are usually this amount, however we do not have any available at this time, when are you looking to move in? I was taken aback and even a little perturbed he didn't even see when I was planning on moving in. Sorry, but you just lost my vote to ever look at your housing again.
