We are renting a single bedroom with a private detached bathroom in our home tucked into a quiet nook of a beautiful Englewood neighborhood. We are a couple in our 30s looking to share our space with another like-minded individual and will share a living room, dining area, and kitchen. We would be open to sharing the space with another couple for an additional cost. Note: our spaces are on opposite sides of the home, with the main living spaces in between. This setup has allowed us and our renters ample privacy and keeps a nice balance in the house. All utilities included: electricity, gas, internet, sewer, water, and trash.
We have two well-behaved medium-sized dogs, so unfortunately, no additional pets at this time. We raise quail and have fresh quail eggs daily.
We also have an additional bedroom that you may use for occasional guests.
You will have access to great parking at no additional cost. We have substantial storage space in the garage and in our shed if needed. There is a designated space in the kitchen for your belongings as well. The home is fully furnished except for the bedroom. The room will already have a TV mount installed. The room dimensions, which include a built-in closet, are 16 ft x 14 ft, plus a detached bathroom with an interior storage closet.
