The home features an outdoor wood-burning boiler, which has traditionally served as the primary heating source. Tenants may choose to heat the home with the boiler by supplying their own firewood and properly operating the system. A small electric wood splitter will remain at the property for tenant use; however, it is designed for smaller pieces of wood and will not be sufficient to process an entire season's supply.
The home may also be heated using the propane heating system. Please note that heating exclusively with propane is generally more expensive than with the outdoor wood-burning boiler.
Tenants are responsible for arranging propane deliveries and maintaining adequate fuel levels throughout the lease term.
The lease will include a Military Addendum, in the unlikely event that the Landlord's military service were to end during the lease, they would reserve the right to move back into the property with a 60 day notice.
