- Open spiral stairs from Den Master Bedroom lead to the downstairs Kitchenette shared for the guests downstairs. we have a spiral stair to the kitchenette used by our guests downstairs but is technically shared space. We have done our best to insulate the open of the spiral stairs, shield and close off the top and bottom of the spiral stairs, and posted signs not to use. You will hear the noise when the guests use the kitchenette.

-We've added an outside carpet on top deck/patio with views so our guests may walk barefoot and not burn their toes.
-We've added Mexican traditional outside blankets to the deck to enjoy outside when the sun goes down and have installed big umbrella on deck too.
-Added BRAND NEW the BEST Mattress Protectors that protect against everything!
- Relax in one of the 4 Bedroom, 3 Full Master Bath Rooms including a 980+ square foot top floor Master Bedroom Suite with fireplace, bar, views and a bathroom big as a kitchen
- Exercise and lounge in the boulder-lined pool, jacuzzi, waterfall, fire pit, sectional couches, lounging chairs, outdoor dining, BRAND NEW BBQ (CHARCOAL GRILL), garden and two decks with kitchenette off the pool
- Bond with families in a bright open concept living with 2 fireplaces, hardwoods, dining for large groups with built-ins, stocked kitchen with granite, stainless steel 6-burner Viking stove, oven, microwave, etc.
-Newly installed shared office equiped with a printer, paper, scanner, modem, router.
Unlike Manhattan Beach parking, we have a driveway and plenty of street parking (and we always recommend carpooling to be a good neighbor)
Manhattan Beach, Santa Monica and other Los Angeles South Bay Adjacent Beach Cites have outlawed vacation rentals so buyer beware.
