Just moved out.. we cleaned the carpets, fixed the walls were we hung portraits did everything we were supposed to and they didnt want to give us our deposit back supposedly the last water bill was going to be of 170 dollars they are thiefs and the girls in the office dont know what the hell they are doing. Horrible experience with all of them. I dont recommend this place at all.
It has a beautiful scenery. The apartments have a lot of green scenery. It has two pools, a tennis court, and even a gym....
It has a beautiful scenery. The apartments have a lot of green scenery. It has two pools, a tennis court, and even a gym. There are events such as el cinco de mayo where all the neighbors get to get together and enjoy an amicable time together. In such events the apartments provide food, music, and games. Furthermore, the apartments provides a gymnasium; however, the manchines and ventilation are limited. The apartments are beautiful. They are like a dream place. Nevertheless, it needs more privacy. Theres a lot of trespassers from other places.

I have lived at the Vista Village Apartments for almost a year and I will most definitely renew my lease when the time comes. Not only is the landscaping and layout fantastic, but the office staff and other personnel are great! They are always courteous and friendly. They make me feel welcome every time they see me and always have a cheerful hello. In addition, work orders have been addressed in an orderly fashion no matter how busy they are. Keep up the good work!

I have lived here for a total of 7 years. Have been through 3 managers and the current one Adriana is the best by far!!!! She is always understanding and always ask about my family. Yes the rent is a bit high, but for all utilities paid. All I have to say is you get what pay for, in this case 5 star service!! The only complaint I have if any is I wish they had refrigerated air. Keep up the great work Adriana, Victor and the rest of the staff!!!!!

Presently...ive been here for three years and my experence here have been alot better since our new step up assigned new Manager n the asistant took over the property. Ive notice alot better changes and improvement taking place too this day. The entire Maintenance have step up on demand daily task n our swiming pools are so Crystal clean n back wash as to chemical balance. Over all im staying here as long as im impress by the entire staff here at Vista Village Apartments. Beautiful place to call home.

We kept receiving water bills in the winter for over $100 dollars because of a leak they failed to repair that was reported more than 5 times but only imputed in their system twice because they would forget to place the work orders. one of our bathrooms we could not use for the entire year we lived here and when we did it over flowed our toilet over flowed about 7 times since we lived there. all of our plumbing got completely backed up twice. Please do not live here you will not be comfortable with the irresponsible management.
