These apartments are outdated. Old cabinetry with layers of paint. Gross bathroom with grout washed away from tiles leaving you exposed to black mold behind the water exposed shower walls. Filthy old carpets with stains. And a huge issue is your security with your personal belongings. Maintenance will steal from you if you aren't home when they enter your apartment. Even if you request no one enter while you aren't there, they still will. Office staff does nothing about theft. And neither does El Paso PD. RENTER BEWARE!!
Be careful letting staff or maintenance in your place if you decide to rent here, make sure you are always there. They will steal your belongings.

Okay prices and always quiet but dirty pool, laundry room has broken washers, have to pay monthly for pets after a $300 down payment for each, everything in my apartment needs mantience when you move in but once that's eventually fixed it's a nice place to live. Town houses are the best!

Okay prices but not a good place to live. Dirty pool, laundry room has broken washers, have to pay monthly for pets after a $300 down payment, everything in my apartment keeps breaking, the AC sucks & doesn't put out enough cold air. Switching to a townhouse soon, hopefully its better.

I would rate 1 star but I like the apartments layout , so I'll give them 2. Here's my issue , The office staff is horrible with residential services. You have to call the office at least 3 times before someone finally decides to answer the phones. Each time I've had this issue, I take my time to go into the office and someone is always at the desk.. so why aren't the phones being answered? Clueless! Decided to call today because I have a leak under my kitchen sink , & the faucets hot water is running cold ' no one is answering the phones! Strangely the office is closed today but you will only find this information out by walking all the way from your apartment to see a notice on their office door stating that they are closed today. Reason being? Clueless! After-hour maintenance line is hard to get a hold of as well. Although the apartments are nice, there's issues I have with the care of the inside of the apartment. The bathroom sink and tub were just painted over from the previous residents. I CANNOT take a bath because when I decided to clean the tub and sink with bathroom cleaning supplies, there's paint coming up off the floor of the tub and sink, which I'm sure when we decide to move out they're just gonna paint over it again. Disgusting! Same for the kitchen counters and the bar, yep ' just splat some paint over it and it'll look good as new! We've also had problems with the hot water since we've been here. One time we even went almost an entire week with no hot water. It was cold out' my husband got sick because he had to take cold showers after PT and go right back into the cold weather for work. If he caught pneumonia, who was gonna pay that hospital bill ?? I would advice anyone who decide to move to this location to do a thorough check of the entire apartment before spending over 700 in rent with these people!

They cant figure out where my mail is going and to which box. It's ridiculous, mail box doors are broken revealing all the mail inside, mail is left outside and on the top of them. This is some of my most private information and there is no organization or regard to it what so ever. They need to do some serious remodeling and organization to the mail boxes and the air/heater breaks down all the time I have to do another work order for this and they just fixed it ..
