Beware of the "Carriage House" units which occupy the space ABOVE two garage units. Each unit is situationally located above TWO garages. This is problematic since garages are RENTED separately from the living quarters. I rented one of these one bedroom units which was located near the community pool and clubhouse for a year. In this time, the two garage units below my apartment were also rented to various individuals. One in particular would consistently and annoyingly be in the garage doing work and loitering, causing excess NOISE for extended amounts of time. The OPENING and CLOSING of the GARAGE DOORS rattles the floor and the entire apartment. If you sleep late, you will easily be disturbed and woken from any deep slumber. Since each apartment occupies the main living room and another below the bedroom, you have the distinct possibility of having TWO separate people RENT the garages and causing DOUBLE the noise. DO NOT rent these CARRIAGE HOUSE units. The lower price of these units is for a reason. These units SHOULD include the garages to avoid having annoying and noisy neighbors who RENT each garage and spend an inconsiderate amount of time waxing or vacuuming the car or simply admiring their respective adult toys. Otherwise, this is a very neat and well organized community. The maintenance staff is responsive and the gym and pool areas have adequate security measures to keep the unwashed and dregs at bay. The ghetto element is thankfully vanquished from this complex, in large part due to the higher rental costs. One caveat being NOTHING is included in your monthly rent, even the trash collection IS additional. Water is NOT included, so be prepared to pay more each moth pending your water usage. Finally, the community does allow pets and so you will unfortunately find DOG FECES at various strategic locations throughout the community. This is despite signs reminding the residents to CLEAN UP after YOUR PET! Hence, if you like to go for a stroll around the complex after dinner, bring a flashlight else you will gingerly step in this most abundant nastiness.

I spent one year and a half in this complex with my family. It is amazing complex to live in. Great complex, very safe and clean. The administration people are so helpful in every issue. They are so fast in addressing the resident's concerns or issues. The maintenance staff are great people and very professional in fixing any problem you might need in the apartment. I highly recommend this complex.

Area was not the best even though the community was decent compared to others in the area. Very expensive for El Paso in general....

Area was not the best even though the community was decent compared to others in the area. Very expensive for El Paso in general. Carriage House apartments were poorly constructed as you can hear all the noise from the garages below. Avoid renting those especially. Save money look elsewhere. Most just rent for a few months to a year and leave.

I was stationed at Ft Bliss from 2015 to 2018 and resided in a 1-Bed, 1-Bath here from 2017 to 2018. This complex is outstanding in all aspects. It's impeccably clean, built very recently, well-maintained, my neighbors were delightful, the staff friendly, and maintenance was extremely responsive (always fixing issues in less than 48 hours). There is plenty of storage in the 1BR layout and the AC is powerful. I paid about 850 per month which is an exceptionally good deal for a gated community. All of my appliances worked well and never broke, although the dishwasher is noisy and the hot water is only pretty hot. The windows are large which lets in tons of light, are there are ceiling fans in both the living room and the bedroom. The walls are a little thin, but so are walls in all new buildings that aren't made of brick and cement. Also, the laundromat was always working, clean, and never full. The pool area is spacious with plenty of chairs and shaded areas. Lots of parking too. The commute time to Ft Bliss is at most 30 minutes (I worked at Far East Bliss) even during rush hour, thank to the vicinity of the 375. The entire neighborhood is brand new with a ton of new shops down the street on Paseo del Norte being built before I left. I was very happy with my time there and I wish I had found this complex when I first got to El Paso.

I love living here...we sold our house and just happened to move in here because it was close by, we thought ok lets live here until we find a new home, but hey with a friendly staff, free daily Starbucks coffee, and heated pool, my wife and daughter asked me if we could stay longer than 6 months. We officially stopped looking for a home and plan to stay here for years to come. Its truly carefree living plus everything is well taken care of and I dont have to do any yard work. Love my neighbors

The leasing staff is prepared, positive and always willing to help with questions and maintenance request if needed. Highly professional staff that makes renting so easy . Great place to live. Apartments are nice, spacious, and laid out well, as well as being below my BAH rate, which is always an added bonus! Pool is nice, and rarely crowded. Quiet community, and the apartments are well built so there's not too much neighbor noise. There is a little bit, but a little is expected in any apartment. It's close to several good restraunts, a top rated el paso vet clinic, and plenty of other businesses you may need or want. If you have to work on the east side, but you're willing to drive over the mountain each day, this is a perfect place to live.

RIP OFF. I too had them charge me fees for a pet I do not own. They never mailed a final bill and then reported me to a credit agency. The manager Maria said that I gave them an incorrect address, which is a lie. The plumbing fixtures did not work. Faucets that did not work and fell off. There was an electrical short. Apartment had a terrible odor. Noise from upstairs unit made downstairs living a nightmare. RENTER BEWARE.
