These disgusting, roach filled apartments are pathetic. The allocated utilities is a sham when they have 8 people crammed into an apartment and have guests over, then they divide the water up between who is listed on each lease. Right. That works when they have unlisted people and guests for weeks at a time. Then, if you move out early, your utilities INCREASE whether your apt. is rented or not. They give you a flat rate which is higher than the allocation, so that means more money in their pocket. And if you end up in collections-even if you PAY it, it will STILL end up as an open collection on the credit report. THIS place is NOT worth cheaper rent. It is more headache with the parking (not enough spaces so people block you in by parking behind you), the cheating on the allocation, the slobs that live there and have no consideration for other people. The list goes on. The only way this place got 1 star was to be able to post this warning for others to see. The worst experience living here!! Very unprofessional.
