Any service men or woman trying to rent here dont i took good care of my apartment we owned 2 cats and neither of them peed on the carpet long story short they are good at screwing us even though we can be called to move in a moments notice they require 3 months notice and will charge you for things that did not take place do yourselfs a favor and stay away from this place... it has been black listed before and should be still...
Apartments are really nice and spacious. Beautiful landscaping and club room. It is awesome living here. The staff is friendly and helpful. Would recommend

My husband and I asked the front office multiple times to fix our hot water in the shower and they said they would come and take a look at it.. never did. Very unprofessional. The floors and stairs squeak too loud. Apartment doesnt come with microwave, have to buy separate lights for rooms, dish washer doesnt work, heat blows out cold air and rent is too high. We wont be living here again.

Moved in of February of 2017. Everything was good at first. Firstly just because there is a gate around the place doesn't mean its secured. We rarely use the chips they gave us because if you drive close enough to the gate it opens by itself.we had to get our A/C fixed because there was a horrible smell like sewage coming threw ( apparently the units are connected so if someone uses the baptism the smell can transfer into ours) they blocked apart off and made a new one to see if that would help. We still get smells sometimes. The carpet was not clean when we moved in, still earrings and other stuff we found, along with some edges having nails stick out.floorboards upstairs creek. 600$ for two tiny dogs then 30$ a month.25$ for private parking ( that some people take anyways if they are vacant long enough) they close off pools at random so that you would have to go to the main office pool of you want to swim. No bench or shade protection at the playground so if its hot no point in going and you would have to basically sit on the floor( they never replied to my complaints)pools are usually over run by party members or clans despite the bracelet rule. Some apartments are able to attach their own washer and dryer while others can't.mailman always gives us our mail mixed in with other people who haven't lived here in a long time. We are leaving end of October and despite telling them way ahead of time they didn't do anything till we gave them his orders ( already stressed enough) and expect us to pay for November even though we won't be here. Cant really think of anything else but you get the point.

The best part about being here is the staff, they do everything in their power to make sure you have a good outcome and your happy. Thank you Itzel and especially Imelda for going out of your way to make my living situation a great experience!
Great place to live. Wonderful and friendly staff especially from desk. Love that they have a dog park and the view from my balcony is breathe taking.

Save your hard earned money and precious time and do NOT live here. There are leaking ceilings here! The empty unit next door caught on fire due to poor wiring and our home was damaged and we had to move to another unit only to have it flood! 1st floor units are below ground level so when one of their maintenance members ran over a sprinkler, it gushed water right into our patio and when the drain could not drain the amount of water being poured into it, it began coming into our home and our ENTIRE apartment got water damaged and our wooden furnitures got damaged also and the apartment did nothing about it, not even a single apology. The dish washer is broken old and has moldy water inside it. The appliances are all out dated. Every single surface is poorly painted and when it peels off you see the moldy and disgusting surface that they had painted over not fixed. The windows' seals are so old and neglected that all your hot and warm air escapes and on top of that the AC and hearer constantly breaks. We have had no AC for 5 days during 117 heat and this happens constantly! We have had the water go out for days on end, regularly! The floor boards are peeling off. And there us constantly a struggle for parking space. Covered and reserved parking spaces are $30 a month which is overpriced considering the fact that the sprinklers constantly come off and make your car dirty. The office seems to be empty more than it has someone working inside it and the maintenance team takes forever to come ans fix anything. There is SO much more I can say but the bottom line is please find somewhere else to live. Anywhere is better than here.

These apartments are great. They are spacious, there is green grass(which is rare here in el paso)a dog park and THREE, YES THREE, big pools. The views are great. And the most important thing to me is the staff....Imelda is such a great part of the team, she takes the time to learn your name and checks up on you. If there's any problem, she brings it to their attention and the maintenance men try to get it taken care of in a timely manner. It's a great place to live.

I have been renting here for a little over a month now, as far as the grounds are concerned it is a modest complex with some older building but, a pleasingly updated interior. The main staff that is dealt with on a daily basis is very friendly and manages to accomadate most needs in a timely manner or provide you with a solution that is reasonable. With any living area you must have patience with some situations and realize everyone is human. Four stars for customer service and the ability to show up and get my keys immediately. I didn't give it five stars for the fact there needs to be some improvements on the gate system and the maintenance and upkeep of the grounds could be held to a higher standard.

I love my apartment, its super big! I have so much space in my rooms I don't know what to do with them. Even with the apt being so big the a/c and heater work really good. They have w/d connections, enclosed patios, and a bunch of green around the apartments. Plus they have all utilities included so I don't worry about paying anything else.
I definitely suggest checking them out if space is what you need!
