I work at the mall and don't have a car so this is why I am here. The area is great but these apartments...
I work at the mall and don't have a car so this is why I am here. The area is great but these apartments are horrible. Maintenance will do bare minimum, it takes more than a handful of attempts for them to figure things out. The laundromat have no air conditioning in them, I have to wait to shower after doing laundry and get sweat in my eyes the whole time, its gross and annoying. The water always smells bad too. I had a bad air conditioner my entire lease so far, a year and a half. I had to become rude and call the management of the apartments to get the situation fixed after being patient for several months. The pool is always dirty and was shut down by the city the whole summer last year. They tell you they have three, but only one ever opens. Bottom line it was convenient for me for work but I will be leaving soon looking for a better place to call home.
The list of excuses from the office and maintenance about why my a/c isn't working are so ridiculous, it's insulting for them to think they are believable.
1. Because you don't have a window cracked.
2. Because you have the window cracked.
3. Your dining room fan has too many light bulbs (3) so its making the place warm. They removed two bulbs and nothing changed. Seriously. They said this lmao!
4. You're windows allow too much heat so maybe we can relocate you to an apt that has shaded windows.
This is dumb because my neighbors have the same type of windows, and their places were just fine! I had to tell her it was not the case because of this.
5. Maintenance told me what needed to be done was very expensive. 500+
6. When i had a leak in my bathroom cieling for a week and a half, Monique informs me PETTY money was being used to buy the clamp needed. So?!?!?
I pay my utilities a week late sometimes which averages 40 dollars or so, but ive never paid rent late so why is this apartment complex being broke my problem?

One of the worst places to live. There are syringes everywhere , residents have complained so much to the manager but she doesn't do nothing all she is there is for the money. There is only 3 maintenances . My neighbor found a bag of drugs on the floor on the property he handed it to the office and the manager just looked at it was like ok . Like the manager is not good at her job. Don't waste your time here I rather choose La Estancia
New to El Paso, and found this area is closest to everything. Love the attention to detail here. Management and maintenance work great together for their residents.

Been living here for the past 5 1/2 years we have had our ups and downs however, celina management and maintenance have treated us with respect and have made us feel at home. With the improvements that they have made and continue to make it has given my family and me the assurance that they value us as tenants. Thumbs up to Integrity Management for supporting the improvements and thumbs up to Amanda Celina Manager and Monique Asst. Manager for their awesome customer service in treating tenants and for the recent improvements that have really lifted up celina apts. Thumbs up to maintenance for their great work Gilbert and Israel.

Those apartments are trash. first off, the neighborhood is horrible, you couldnt even step foot outside without everyone peeking out their door and you couldnt even walk around or throw the trash in the overflowing filthy trash can without seeing dog poop on the floor, drugs or someone walking around with a gun or the police showing up to the apts. Where is the safety of the community? They ask for so much but arent willing to provide any services to their people or at least help out in certain situations. its like they intentionally have the inside of the apartment poor so they can make a piggy bank out of you. And they dont even help you with any kind of maintenance work. Dont even bother with this place unless youre willing to throw money around and be stuck all day with no ac.

And the walls/floors are hollow so you can hear everything from whoever is above or below you!!! Some fat dude lives under me and always crying around 2 to 3am. Plus, ask for non smoking. I said it didnt matter and everyday i smell like smoke and all my clothes do as well. Worst apartments ive ever lived in. No one would be sad if they burned down tomorrow. On god.

And when you have a problem in your apartment the office staff take about a week sometimes more to notify maintance so problem usually goes unsolved for about a month but funny part is their so quick to ask for money if not paid they threat to lock doors. These are thee worst place to live not worth the stress and money!!!

Worst experience ever the only good thing is the location. Management does not care about the maintanence of the apartments. The conditions are very poor. All three swimming pools were closed in the summer due to unhealthy conditions and not passing city inspection code. Plumbing very poor toilets always clogging and if you live downstairs you will get the worst end of it toilet water flooding your floors, kitchen cabinets and stove. If you complain things will just get worse for you as a tenant. Celina apts. are owned by Integrity but they should change their name to Horror management. They do not value the tenants they just collect their money and make you regret ever signing a contract. The celina staff have no clue in treating the tenants especially if you have issues instead of fixing the issues they give you more on top of that. Especially this past year I have never ever been treated poorly by the current staff and its management. There are better apartments near by but anything owned by Integrity stay clear off. Especially the Celina apartments and if you are military do not sign up with them or Integrity you are better off they mistreat military families.

I love how Amanda came in started working and cleaned up the place it has been a mess before her. I wish we had the pools open everyday and cleaned we do pay for that. Other than that so far so good. I will update post when I feel a review is needed!

I've lived here for the last 2 years and never really had issues until recently. Called about a light problem in the bedroom 2 weeks ago not a huge deal but I have no light in my bedroom(it's a 1 bedroom apartment). About a week ago my a.c. went out and I reminded them about the light they fixed the a.c. but no light... not a big deal. Today my a.c. went out again. I called at 12:40pm and told them my a.c. is blowing out hot air again can you fix it.. it is now 5:30pm and it is over 100 in my house and it's 101 outside and I have a pet. Maintenance said they will be back tomorrow to fix it.
No comment just the worst apartments I've ever been living on....
