Everything good about this place is ruined by management. Had unreliable hot water for 3 months before management attempted to solve the issue. I...
Everything good about this place is ruined by management. Had unreliable hot water for 3 months before management attempted to solve the issue. I submitted multiple maintenance requests and left numerous voice messages and emails. After the issue was looked at, I was told that the apartment complex doesn't have enough heating units to supply the residents with hot water. Also, here's some additional information that management won't tell you about. If you do live here, you will have to put down a deposit and in order to get your deposit back you will have to deep clean the apartment and hire professional carpet cleaners.
Love the kitchen! The new management is not good about responding to maintenance request.
