-Once approved, a lease agreement will be given to review.
-Lease agreement, which we provide, included all details of stay.
-Security deposit is due at the time of confirmation.
-If a pet is approved, a pet deposit will be due at the time of confirmation.
TERMS:
3-month minimum in general.
4-month minimum if starting in Oct. Nov., or Dec..
