Dont really suggest this apartment complex. Their apartments are mediocre and you dont have any access to the on-site manager.
The owners trying to charge you as much as possible by adding different additional fees to the lease, which makes over 20% increase rent each year.

Management poor and slow to respond. (Lucky if they do). I called (and left a message) because no one answered during business hours, to complain my mail has been messed with as well as stolen two separate days. I received one call back, but missed it. They left no message and did not answer my calling them back. Have not heard from anyone since. Beautiful apartments, however they clearly were quickly built and not thought out well. Bedroom windows are in the front of building, so if you are on the main floor there's no letting the sun in unless you enjoy onlookers peeping in. We have also called and complained about unruly unreasonably loud neighbors. Main office said they wouldn't and couldn't do anything. As its a "civil issue". For the amount we pay to live in "Eagle, near the river" it is not worth being treated this way.

Staff is nonexistent, no one is actually onsite. If you have a problem, like I did where my shower was not warming up for over a month, they will basically make you continue to bother them about it until you have to write one of those official letters to scare them into doing their body (I sent mine to every single person in that office).
This is how nonexistent they really are- they just sent out an email to all the residents offering rewards (no, they did not specify what those awards were) if you can catch anyone not picking up their dogs waste, and you have to do so with a camera...so apparently, along with the absentee landlord, we must also patrol the place.
Also, TERRIBLE design flaws- the front doors are in a corridor and make a loud slamming sound whenever someone closes the front door, shaking the entire building- if you get a night owl, expect that to wake you a few times throughout the night.

Property manager Gene lives on site and is very accessible. He knows everyone by first name and responds very quickly through the portal/website for residents. Can't wait for the exercise /storage building to be completed.
