One Bedroom Apartment Near Oxbow - This one bedroom, one bathroom apartment is on the Edelweiss property, which is near a trolley stop and Oxbow Park on the north side of town. Small patio and shared backyard grass. W/S/T and heat are included in rent. Tenants are responsible for electricity. Laundry facilities are on site. Students are ok with references. No smokers. Dogs ok with a $200 non-refundable pet deposit per pet. No cats. Because w/s/t are included, rent may vary depending on occupancy. Video tour available on our website.

The first step is to schedule a showing. We require applicants to see the property in person, with only a few exceptions that allow proxies or virtual tours. Once you have seen the property, please submit one application and application fee for each adult who will be a tenant. Children under 18 do not need to apply. The application fee is payable in-person (cash or check) or via an online application link provided after your showing. If you need to drop off anything after hours, utilize the drop box outside the office - just make sure to label payments with your name. Once we have ALL applications and fees from your party, we will process them and let you know whether you are approved.
