Are lease is up in June and can not come quick enough! Every kinda bug you can imagine is in this house, there is a mice infestation they have known about at least once a month we are calling them about the mice they just keep. Putting down traps or spraying, don't actually fill holes or fix foundation where they come in. Are water bill fluctuates every month between $20-25 the say the county raised rates but no other neighbor around us has that issue. The neighborhood looks like the ghetto or projects, nobody cleans up there trash or brings the cans in after the trash is picked up. Are front door has been dented since we moved in we were promised a new one hence the ghetto look, the bricks in the wall that separates are neighbor fell down 3 months ago, they have yet to fix it and are next door neighbors play extremely loud music all hours of the day because they dont work, walls rattle pictures shake they smoke weed right out side in front the kids and all you always smell it. This place is just ghetto and way over priced. And I like how in the reviews the management comments on good reviews but has nothing to say to the people with bad experiences, well I'm a current resident who's lease is up in June and will not be renewing !

Move here IF: - You like insects (centipedes, roaches, spiders, snails, gnats, etc. - I have the pictures to show proof) - You anticipate never having any issues in which you need to reach out to management for (they don't respond to you and when they do it takes forever for them to do so) - You like for the same maintenance request to be worked on over and over and over because the team appears to be incompetent. - You like dealing with water issues (moved from one apt. a day before move in only to deal with the same issue 24 hours into moving into the alternate townhome) If I could give no stars I would. We had issues the first day we moved in and have had them every since. Barbara left the property and left Abby with issues she never responded to before leaving. Since when did a leak in your kitchen ceiling not become an emergency OR AT LEAST priority? Began to get good responses from new PM Abby but she's taken on the same behavior of not responding as well. CANNOT WAIT until our lease is up Non insect/bug pictures show of the kitchen ceiling drywall that is coming apart due to the third time we've had pipe issues. Secondly, it's been a month since they've come back to finish painting. Alerted the PM and still have not heard back from her. Alerted WPM about our issues earlier in the summer and I was redirected to the non responsive PM that ignored my many emails that addressed the issues we were/are facing. Everybody has a boss! Telling me that the PM's are "like" business owners does not cut it when they aren't efficient and do not take care of customer needs. Pay me and I'll consult in your WPM offices on customer service. Between my wife and I we are in property management and real estate and customer service is just what we do. We are not your average who are just happy to have a roof over our heads and we'll rate you 5 stars. Although customer service is not a department there should be somebody who handles concerns that aren't attended to on the property level.
