We’re pleased to welcome cats and dogs of all sizes to our community. Each home may have up to two pets, with certain breed restrictions that apply.
Fees
A non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet, along with a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet.
Breed Restrictions
The following breeds, and mixes of these breeds, are not permitted: Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Mastiff, Kugsha, and farm animals.
Requirements
Pets must have a current rabies vaccination in accordance with Maryland law.
Each pet must also be registered through Pet Screening, our third-party verification platform. A $30 per pet, per year fee applies.
All of these apartments feature solid, quiet, brick construction, fully equipped kitchens, oversized bedrooms and a spacious living room/dining room combination, individually controlled heat and energy efficient storm windows. Private storage facilities and laundry centers are available in each building, and ample on-site parking is provided.
