Because this is a shared living arrangement, the current occupants will participate in roommate compatibility discussions prior to final approval and are seeking a compatible roommate arrangement.

Recent improvements include fresh paint - new carpet - new stove, refrigerator, washer/dryer, closet systems in the bedrooms, kitchen countertops - the list goes on and on!
