This place is a Fu*king Joke can not wait to move deffintly not worth what you pay.. Example "5min into shower water would get cold just moved into apartment, call office for maintenance they come out do there test what ever and turn up whatever on hot water tank months go by call call call finally they come out does the same dam test over again nothing call back different guy comes out does his teat the hot water heater part had went out was barely working replace whole tank literally 4 months before lease is up smdh..... And there's more but not going into all of it just heads up... Ohh and short notice you on everything.... If they need to come in to clean fireplace 3 day notice, and this is after you when you signed the lease saying no one enters without you being there then wants to charge you if they can't get in to do so... Love the area close by everything just poor management. Ohh well

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SLUMLORDS! Seriously the worst place I have ever lived at in my life. The place was falling apart, the maintenance was horrific. They drilled holes in my wall to repair the AC and never fixed them. Then when I had a bad month at work they refused to work with me so that I could make the payment, and evicted me, leaving me with a $10,000 debt, more than the remaining amount if I had stayed paying rent. Then they still are making it extremely difficult to make a viable payment arrangement. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SLUMLORDS!

Only great thing about this place is the location. Now that other apartment complexes are being developed right around the corner, you shouldn't even consider this apt complex. These places are old and outdated. They also have a major bug issue - especially spiders and centipedes. They are crawling all over the place and they aren't small. On multiple occasions, I would find spiders in my bed. The bug problem is a common one among the tenants in this community. For the price, there are a lot better options available to you. Especially the brand new ones they built right next to Sycamore Ridge.

Absolutely the worst place I've ever lived in. Your paying out the ass for the nice location I lived in places in Marion better than this. The ac has broken every month since been here, in the first month the towel rack fell off the plugs in every bathroom stopped working, the last couple of months the dishwasher almost lit on fire and needs entirely replaced, the screen to the door has fallen off, the garage door refuses to close and I keep waiting for it to snap and drop completely. It's absolutely pathetic. There response is well things break. Well your right they do but the ac needing a repair every month because ur to cheap to replace it or fix it correctly is getting old. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Actually to all reading this I hope u are intelligent and run don't pay 1500 dollars a month just because it's a nice area, there are better places for less in plenty of different areas outside of the location this place has nothing going for it. Oh and we pay rent on time before someone tries to run with the salty tenant thing. I'll gladly post pictures as I still live here and u can see all the flaws and things wrong. Because Im not someone who got evicted and just wanted to complain. I'm actually trying to save people the trouble of being in this horrible place! Don't do it steer clear. At least they have a pretty awesome person running their front desk who I'm sure is very tired of very unhappy tenants. If it wasnt for her kindness u wouldn't even get a star! I'll never rent from this place or the company ever again. Edit add on. I'm so glad you can take the time to respond to my review but I find it very funny that I can scroll down and everyone that has given you a negative review all complains about the same thing and even from years back. You think you'd work harder at changing people's opinions about your management and service but yet still to date nothing has changed. Youre a huge disappointment, once my lease is up I will be gone I'll never recomm you to anyone, no matter where I move it'll never be with your company again. This place has been nothing but a joke and even after your apparent attempt at making it a better experience for us you still managed to make it worse because none of your staff and management are on the same page. Never again. This lease can't end fast enough!

The apartment complex really worked with us and our schedule to make sure everything is running smoothly and that we as rent payers are happy. Super happy with my apartment now and based on the attentiveness of the office with improving our home I would recommend Sycamore Ridge in Dublin.

There are plenty of great places to live in Dublin; this is not one of them. The rent is reasonable at first, but don't plan on staying there more than a year, or they will increase your rent by over 200 per month- without doing anything to properly maintain the unit. (i.e. Windows must be from the 80s, because with the thermostat set at 67, our heating bill was consistently over 325, sometimes topping over 400 dollars. Property management company will nickel and dime you for everything when you move, and if you need to stay for any amount of time past the lease, they raise the rent more than 150% making it impossible to make ends meet for the "targeted demographic" these properties supposedly cater too. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Rent from anyone else but Bell Properties. In my experience, private landlords and Edwards Communities have given me the best experience. An Employee named Mathew was the ONLY person ever to be of any help, and unfortunately, he is/was at the mercy of those above him.

I have lived at Sycamore Ridge for 2 plus years and I have a friend that is relocating to the Dublin Area. I recommended Sycamore Ridge to her as my experience with this complex has been a pleasant one. My friend called me said she saw the reviews and had some hesitation about moving to Sycamore Ridge. What!!! This was crazy what I read!!!! Miserable people in general like to give the impression that they are wise and that minor upsets and difficulties appear huge and portentous for them so they just have to tell the world. Please! This is what provoked me to submit my review as a satisfied tenant. The entire staff has always been very nice and responsive to any requests that I have had. During the holidays I notified the office that I was going out of town for a week. Three days later, I received an email from the office stating that they noticed packages at my front door. Since they knew I was out of town, they picked up my packages and brought them to the office for me to pick up when I returned. I was very appreciative for their attentiveness. I love the location of the complex and it is very quiet. Have I had problems in my apartments, yes, but maintenance has always resolved those problems. I would say the only downfall is that there is only one location to take your trash. No biggie though. I hope other users find my review helpful and realize that not everyones experience is the same.

I was recently hit by the furlough and lost 20% of my pay. Right after that hit the management sent me a letter saying the rent was going up from 850 to 894. This is for a one bedroom mind you. I went to the management on two separate occasions and explained my situation to them. I was hoping that they would work with me on this. Both times they turned me away saying they would not even attempt to work with me. The management said, corporate will not care about you, so there's no reason to even try. I am very dissatisfied with this place and I highly recommend you tell everyone to stay away from this place. Way too overpriced for what you get and the management could care less about you.

this place is such a joke! i cant wait till my lease is up... 2 years was more than enough for me. i still have no heat after 2 weeks... this is deja vu from this summer when i had no AC for WEEKS. (i had to stay at a hotel for almost a week because my apartment was over 90 degrees this summer, and my 5 year old son has asthma and cannot be in the heat like that. fyi - management or corporate did NOT reimburse me for my having to stay at a hotel due to medical reasons... even with a letter from my son's pediatrician regarding the severity of his asthma.) after sitting and talking to one of the staff members in the office about my problem with my heat, kearsten had me call and LEAVE A MESSAGE for maintenance (yes, while i am sitting in the office)... who in return did NOT return my call nor come fix my heat because it's a SUNDAY... what happend to the 24 hour maintenance?!?!? i cant even heat my house with a heater because it blows a circut after running for literally 2 minutes. i have to heat my apartment with my oven! they make me live like i'm in the ghetto and make me pay like i live in hollywood. like i said... this place is a flipping joke... including the staff, maintenance, all management, and corporate! i will find a cheaper place to rent that has better service and better amenities... since this place does not include AC or HEAT in my rent! hope this helps, and good luck!
