I am looking to move in the Detroit downtown/midtown neighborhoods. The Khan apartments are beautiful. The rooms have big windows which bring in light and give a feel of openness. I loved the views from some of the units. The front desk staff Ms. Dia and the property manager Mr. Landon Glenn are friendly and welcoming. They are thorough and patient while giving a tour of the place. This was unlike some of the other apartments that I have toured where I felt rushed. I am very impressed with what I have seen so far.

The finished apartments/penthouses look amazing, and the layouts are pretty spacious. Contemporary Art Deco vibes with a mix of brand-new and vintage fixtures.
Favorite feature: Cappuccino bar in the lobby & arcade on 3rd floor.
