I lived here during mhm senior year at school. This place was by far the best living experience Ive had since attending UNT. I previously stayed at a student living complex that was terrible, as well as a small apartment thru Place to Be properties. They do not even compare to Locust Lofts. We got lucky and found 1 unit that was available to lease. The apartment was very clean and well kept when we moved in. I was very surprised. We stayed on the top floor and even had our own balcony. The location is great, one block from the square. What really lead me to leave a 5-Star review is that during Christmas break all of my roommates and my self included went home. Upon returning, we found out that a pipe had frozen and bursted, flooding our u it as well as a u it below us. This was completely our fault, as the last person to leave never turned on the heater. They never charged us for this incident. Overall, this hidden gem is the best place to stay in Denton as far as the price goes. Great, clean units with nearly brand new appliances. The company I work for right now actually works with Jack Bell properties, and I can tell you they are some good people.

I lived at Locust 210 Lofts for exactly two years, and I had a great experience. From the beginning, the staff were friendly, helpful, and communicative. I had no trouble when signing my lease or when I left. Over the two years I was there, the property remained clean and quiet. If I ever had an issue inside my apartment (which was rare), maintenance was there the same day or the next, depending when I put in my request. As I mentioned, most of the staff was great. I was especially thankful for Gillian Bell who was always kind and willing to help whenever I came into the office. I only had one issue, over the phone, with a new staff member toward the end of my time at Locust, but I think it was mostly because she was new. I am sure other staff members have corrected her at this point. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking to stay in the downtown Denton area for work or school.
