I like living here. Nice wood floors in my unit except bedroom, but that's what I prefer. The maintenance guys are pretty good and easy to contact if an issue comes up. Landscaping this summer has been an improvement and makes the complex look even nicer. They are also painting the buildings and re-paving the parking lots so it seems like they are really making investments for the residents. Great location because I am close to many good restaurants and stores. Very close to Philly and major highways, like route 130, NJ Tpk, 295, and 95

The apartment complex is very safe, amenities very nice ! How ever Ive had nothing but issues and they do not get fixed. When I moved in it looks like the carpets are 20 years old and they were not shampooed. I had to fight the leasing office to shampoo them and they are still sticky ( been here a year). There are still gross stains and hard patches on the carpet as well. They told me to just take pictures so I dont get charged when I move out. On top of it the other night I found bugs in the carpet. I have put in numerous requests for pest control. No matter how many times I vaccume the bugs wont come up bc the carpet is matted and hard. Theres been numerous cockroaches that they wont take care of either and I deep clean on my hands and knees often. The person who lived under at first abandoned the apartment which left a smell coming up to my floor for 2 months Im assuming there where the bugs came from. Also the floors are so thin you can hear peoples conversations under you word for word and if the people have a tv I feel sorry for you because you can hear that as well. The kitchen is under the bedroom so I smell what ever they cook under me. Never had that in my previous apartment. Also my heat didnt work in the winter and it took 2 months to fix it so I was freezing for most of December and November. Now were in summer and i turned on my wall unit which makes your electric bill 200 dollars. I told them previously that birds were living in it which kept me up at night. They did nothing about it so when I turned on my air unit a birds nest pieces flew out and hit me in the face. The air doesnt work and Ive told them and my apartment is so hot I have to again leave to sleep at my parents like I did in the winter. Also my faucet leaks in the bathtub and for a year they havent done anything. Cars double park, theres never any parking and numerous families like in 1 apartment. Also never come home from work tired bc the children scream outside ( children are fine I love them) but no one regulates a curfew or any quiete and people play music really loud and let the children run in the streets and scream. When Maintenence does come they are very nice and helpful. How ever I feel if living conditions regarding temperature or bugs are an issue and you cant sleep there why should you have to pay if there not fixing the issue. Ill take the leak and the screaming and hearing people watching tv but not the tempature issues or the bug issues

Tenby was my home for a few years before purchasing my home and I loved it there. I miss not having to worry and just be able to call and have maintenance come lol! My mom recently sold our family home and we moved her into Tenby. She is just as happy as I was. We were so worried for her transitioning from a large home but she moved into a large apartment and is so content. We recommend Tenby to anyone looking. It is a great place!
