To apply, applicants must provide three months of bank statements, three months of pay stubs, and a valid photo ID, driver’s license, or passport for income and identity verification.
Applicants are required to have a minimum monthly income of three times the monthly rent and a credit score of 650 or higher. Guarantors are welcome to help meet qualifying requirements. Move-in costs include the first month’s rent, last month’s rent, and a security deposit. Payments are accepted via certified funds or credit card.
Residents can enjoy convenient on-site parking for $40 per car, per month, with a maximum of two vehicles per apartment. We are also pet-friendly, welcoming pets under 20 lbs with a $300 non-refundable pet deposit and $50 monthly pet rent.
