INCOME QUALIFICATIONS APPLY FOR RESIDENCY

1 Person can't exceed $ 31,320
2 Persons can't exceed $ 35,760
3 Persons can't exceed $ 40,260
4 Persons can't exceed $ 44,700
5 Persons can't exceed $ 48,300
Max of 75 points will be awarded and scored by a Local Artist Board. Points will be awarded for:
• Submitting a portfolio
• Commitment to craft/art
• Commitment to community involvement
• Level of experience/training.
CREATIVE ENGAGEMENT CENTER
The ground floor will offer a public-use space to foster the creative entrepreneurial spirit. Designed as flex space, the CEC will be able to host gallery space, meeting space, presentation resources, and a storefront with first preference to residents. Residents and the public alike will benefit from rich programming to feed the creative soul with a wide-ranging scope soon to be announced.
