The 2BD/1.5BA, 1,100 sq. ft. unit also rents for $1,100.00 a month with a $1,100.00 security deposit due at move-in.
There is also a non-refundable $55 application that will cover a criminal background check, credit check, and verification of employment. Garbage and pest control is included with monthly rent. All units have both gas & electric, along with washer-dryer hookups and wood burning fireplace.
We do not accept any government programs and or Section 8 vouchers.
These units are also pet friendly but require a $500 non-refundable pet fee for a dog and a $250.00 for a cat. Nothing over 30 lbs. Max two.
