All Pets Are Welcome! There are no breed or weight restrictions. A non-refundable pet fee of $350 for the first pet and $200 for each additional pet is due prior to move-in. Pet rent is $20 per pet, per month. Regardless of pet ownership status, each household is required to register and obtain a completed and approved profile through our third-party vendor, PetScreening. All canine pet owners are also required to register their dog(s) with Poo Prints (DNA identification program) prior to or on move-in day.
