Pets: One dog (25lb or less) is allowed with the owner`s approval and a nonrefundable $200 pet fee - Must disclose the pet upfront at the time of inquiring/booking.

This modern Casa Del Sol condo is beautifully appointed with contemporary interiors, all the comforts of home, and a Community year-round hot tub and community seasonal salt water pool (Pool heated May thru September, possibly an additional 2 weeks in April or October, depending on the weather & temperatures each year), and Community Hot Tub (open year-round)) for outdoor fun.
The living area is open plan with a welcoming gas fireplace, flat screen TV for entertainment, and a private, undercover balcony with mountain views. When you’re not dining out in Cottonwood’s great selection of restaurants, the fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for home-cooked meals with modern appliances, seating at the counter, and a 4-seater dining table for sharing meals with friends and family.
Casa Del Sol boasts 2 beautifully appointed master suites with comfy king-size beds, laptop-friendly desks if remote work is required, dressing rooms, and private bathrooms. The perfect vacation condo for a family vacation or group getaway in the Verde Valley.
