TLC Realty has a charming home ready to rent now just outside the city. The kitchen is equipped with essential appliances including a refrigerator, range, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. Washer and dryer are included.
Rent is $2500 per month, and Security Deposit starts at $5000.
Tenants are responsible for all utilities and landscape
Pets accepted upon approval basis with additional deposit. $500 first pet, $250 for each additional pet.
When submitting your application, you will need to provide at least the last three months' worth of paystubs/proof of income. All applications must have income verification attached and a valid ID to be accepted. If the proof is not attached, we will not review the application.
• Monthly Income Requirement: Gross household income should be 2.5x the rent.
→ Accepted forms of income: pay-stubs, bank statements, social security benefits, VA benefits, TANF, child support, etc.
• A minimum of two rental references is preferred.
• Once approved a $50 fee is required per adult to conduct credit/criminal/eviction report. The fee is $10 for Eugene.
We DO NOT charge a fee to turn in applications.
Once your application is turned in, we will check your landlord references, review your employment, and verify that your income is roughly 2.5 times the amount of rent.
Qualified applicants will be contacted when property is available to be view. A driver’s license is required to check out a key at that time. Please make sure key is returned within one hour of checking it out.
