FUTURE ADU CONSTRUCTION INFO BELOW:
The owner plans to build a detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) in the backyard and will also be converting the detached garage to a studio ADU. A privacy fence will be installed between when construction begins.
To account for this temporary inconvenience, rent will be reduced by $400/month for the duration of construction. Once construction is complete, rent will return to the standard monthly rate.
When construction begins, tenants will no longer have access to the garage, driveway and a portion of the backyard. Prior to construction, tenants are welcome to use the entire property.

CONSTRUCTION TIMELINE:
