Conservative & Inexpensive room in house.
Our house is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood with fantastic people all around.  It’s very safe.  There are shops and restaurants, all within 2 miles of the house.  I am a relaxed landlord.  However, I will not accept any smokers, or drugs, drama and limited to overnight guest once a week.  You will have access to the kitchen, laundry room, living room, outside fire-pit and back yard with no limitations.  There is plenty of street parking and the driveway (3 car) is set up in the order people move in.  I expect you to be clean and respectful and clean up after yourself.
I am currently looking to rent a room by the main door. There is a $50 background check prior to move in. I have to meet you first and like you prior to moving forward. We live in a great neighborhood and everyone is super nice and I've always felt super safe living here.
