Our house is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood with fantastic people all around.  It’s very safe.  There are shops and restaurants, all within 2 miles of the house.  I am a relaxed landlord.  However, I will not accept any smokers, or drugs, drama and limited to overnight guest once a week.  You will have access to the kitchen, laundry room, living room, outside fire-pit and back yard with no limitations.  There is plenty of street parking and the driveway (3 car) is set up in the order people move in.  I expect you to be clean and respectful and clean up after yourself.
I am currently looking to rent one room upstairs and one room downstairs. The room upstairs is the second largest room in the house. Upstairs as shown in the first 4 pictures: $1350 for ONE person and $1600 for 2 people. The downstairs room has it's own closet too and you will share the bathroom with 2 other guys. That room is going for $1060. There is a $50 background prior to move in, per person. I have to meet you first and like you and you have to like me prior to moving forward. We live in a great neighborhood and everyone is super nice and I've always felt super safe living here.
