Our house is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood with fantastic people all around. It’s very safe. There are shops and restaurants, all within 2 miles of the house. I am a relaxed landlord. However, I will not accept any smokers, or drugs, drama and limited to overnight guests once a week. You will have access to the kitchen, laundry room, living room, outside fire-pit and back yard with no limitations. There is plenty of street parking and the driveway (3 car) is first come first serve. I have a cleaner clean the house about every 2 weeks. We expect you to be clean and respectful and clean up after yourself.
There is currently 1 room upstairs available to rent. It is the second largest bedroom in the house, going for $1300 single occupancy and $1600 dual occupancy. The bathroom will be shared by whomever lives upstairs and the bathroom is directly outside of each of your doors. There is a $40 background check fee per person prior to move in. I have to meet you first and like you and you have to like me prior to moving forward. We live in a great neighborhood and everyone is super nice and I've always felt super safe living here.
If you ask me about the whole house for this price, as 99% of you will, it just tells me you never read this(!)
