We moved in a little over 2 weeks ago. The process from initially viewing the apartment to applying, signing the lease and getting the keys was extremely fast and the staff in the leasing office was very helpful and available. Our apartment was recently remodeled and had some brand new appliances that had never been used. The washer had hot and cold water switched and the dishwasher had a ground wire sticking out in the front. Maintenance fixed these issues in a timely manner. We had to have them come back yesterday because we also had water slowly leaking from the washer underneath the floor of the second bedroom. They tightened everything and it seems to be drying now. We are glad they seem to know what they are doing because we were worried they may have to open up the floor. They told us they would come back to have the carpet patch professionally cleaned once it was completely dry. Issues can arise at any time with an apartment complex what really matters is how these get addressed and so far they have been helpful and efficient. We love the valet trash pick up as well. The remodeled apartments are beautiful. 5 stars!

It has been 2 months since signing my lease and I must say that these apartment homes are a breathe of fresh air. I am so blessed to be staying here. It's crazy that at 1st I almost made another choice but I am so relieved that things didn't go as planned and I chose Walnut Hill. My leasing agent Kennedy provided some of the best customer service and hospitality that I've seen in Memphis. She truly went out of her way to make this transition as easy as possible and her kindness alone is enough to make anyone want to stay here. She deserves a raise! I also have to add that the management for these apartments is nothing short of Extraordinary. They really care about the upkeep of this property and they also take pride in making everyone feel comfortable and safe here. Examples: They just started a service called Valet trash to make getting rid of trash more convenient for residents. There are quiet hours instilled to ensure courtesy. Just recently, the security gate system was ran over by someone and within a couple of weeks there was another up to date one installed for residents safety and security. I know from experience that this is not the norm for many other properties. I really appreciate it and I am so glad I moved here! God bless you all
