These apartments are in a great locations. You cant beat the price for the area and how nice they are. Units come with a washer and dryer. Maintenance is quick to respond to request. Save environment. No noise complaints. There is a nice park for the kids. Kris was great with our move in process and communicated well with everything we needed for approval.

This is a 100% honest and thorough review of my experience at these apartments. I lived here for about 8 months. There were two major things that greatly impacted my experience here. First thing being the managements incompetence in taking care of the residents and enforcing the rules. Second thing being all the issues with the actual condition of the apartments. So a week into moving in, the upstairs neighbors decided to bring in a young, untrained, German Shepard. Keep in mind these dogs are not allowed per the contract. The management didnt even know about the dog until we brought it to their attention. All day long, this 70+ pound dog would run and jump around the hardwood floors above us. It was so loud and obnoxious that it even knocked a picture off our wall once. This went on for months. The entire time I lived there. Even though we constantly brought it to the managements attention, they always told us theres nothing they can do. Ummm yes there is. Enforce the rules in the first place and this wouldnt be happening! Come to find out the girl we were informing about the situation had a personal relationship with the people above us. So I believe thats why nothing was being done about this dog. So be aware dont talk to Ashley at the office because she might know people in the apartments. Second thing that really irked me is the condition of the apartments and the cheap job the did on the apartments. This complex is advertised as luxury apartments. But everything that was done in the remodel does not scream luxury. The paint jobs were the worst thing. Paint of the doers was not done properly so everything sticks. Really bad. Doors stick to frames, cabinets stick to frames. Cups and bowls stick to the cabinet shelves, its all just sticky and wet still. Theres even just globs of paint on the floor by the baseboards. Fixtures were installed crookedly. Lamont flooring peels. Even the walls are crooked! I dont know how these people can mess up that bad. Ive attached pictures of all the mistakes in our unit. I know some of them are nit-picky but again, if youre going to advertise your apartments as luxury, hire better construction and maintenance crews. In the end I dont recommend these apartments if you want a desirable living experience. Theres better apartments in the surrounding area for the same price.

Ive lived here for just over 6 months now. My neighbors are nice, Ashley in the leasing office is fantastic- and Javier and Savannah are the most friendly and welcoming people I know. Ill truly be sad to leave when my lease is up. If youre on the fence - dont worry. Youll also love it here.
