Ive been staying here since May and its been horrible. They dont clean the buildings like they should. Maintenance also takes forever to get to you. My a/c hasnt been working properly since I got here and Ive made request to get it fixed. Theyve switched staff twice since Ive been here! Pool was closed a lot and the gym is just opening back up. The laundry rooms are also dirty. I wouldnt recommend this place . Spend a few extra dollars for something better!

If it was possible to give this place a rating lower than a little one star I would do it. They lead you on and think that you'll have a place to live and basically tell you to stop looking for a home that you will be able to live there then they wait an entire 2 days to tell you nevermind. Not to mention I could see the woman's bra through the holes in her shirt. Overall a terrible place to try to live. Don't go there!

I BEEN HERE GOING ON 3 YEARS HEAT NEVER WORKED DURING THE WINTER. GOT SO BAD I HAD TO GO TO MY PARENTS HOUSE TO STAY WARM WITH MY SMALL CHILDREN BC MY APARTMENT WAS FREEZING. IT GETS BETTER...DURING THE SUMMERS WE HAVE NO AC BC MANAGEMENT TOO SLACK TO PAY PROFESSIONALS TO COME FIX THE UNITS. MYSELF AMD MY THREE YEAR OLD ARE IN AN 86 DEGREE APARTMENT IN SC WEATHER DURING THE SUMMER. IN MY ROOM THE FLOOR IS ROTTED IF I STEP IN THAT AREA I OR MY MINOR CHILDREN COULD FALL THROUGH. I DREAD MOVING BUT WE HAVE TO GO. ILL USE MY RENT MONEY I REFUSE TO PAY FOR A LAWYER. YEARS BACK THEY HAD A RAT INFESTATION. MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE. DONT LET YOUR APARTMENT GET BROKEN INTO BC THEY DONT GIVE A DAMN. PLEASE RETHINK BEFORE YOU SIGN YOUR LEASE. MAKE SURE YOU SEE YOUR PLACE BEFORE YOU SIGN BC THEY WILL TRY TO PUT YOU IN A HANDICAPPED APARTMENT THEN CHARGE A TRANSFER FEE BC THEY MESSED UP. Rethink !!!

The picture posted on their website are extremely deceptive albeit effective because I sure was fooled. Take it from me, drive through and see this place for yourself before you step foot in the rental office. Their website boasts of "package receiving" but the staff has a habit of loosing packages and lying about it. I was told today that even though staff may sign for UPS packages, the driver may still drive away with your delivery. What kind of sense does that make? None. So after being lied to by the staff I submitted a claim to UPS. UPS provided me with a copy of the signature which turns out to be a office staff member of The View who has lost my package! Even though she has proof that she signed for said package she continues to deny that it was ever delivered. Needless to say, I'm out of my money and out of patience. I intend to write a formal letter to their corporate office and I hope it's taken seriously.

RENTER BEWARE!!!! REVIEW IS LENGTHY BUT WORTH THE READ!!! I WOULD NOT recommend The Views on Longcreek. So prospective renters, with options, please save yourself the headache. I've been a resident for almost six months due to emergency relocation. There is no way that this is the life my family and I deserve to live. Please be advised that DLP, Dream Live Prosper, Apartment Community is falsely advertising the following ammentities: -24 hour fitness center -Apartment upgrades, to include but not limited to granite inspired countertops, ceiling fans, and mosaic tile backsplash -courtesy officer There is on site laundry, but the way the washer and dryer operates, you may want to rent or purchase your own or utilize the laundromat because the machine will either eat your money or stain your clothes with brown spots. Also, it states that maintenance is on site; however, please note that doesn't mean they are available and your request will be fulfilled in a timely manner. Preventative maintenance is not done on appliances. When asked about A.C. filter changes, I was informed it would be handled by maintenance, but I haven't had one yet. Also, my A.C. went out, called their 24 hour hotline 3 times and still haven't heard from anyone at the property. Follow-up is extremely important in customer service and satisfaction. It illustrates that the company is not only courteous but respectful and considerate, qualities that I would definitely expect but unfortunately aren't reflective of Dream Live Prosper Apartment Community. Integrity is also important and due to the false advertisement it is evident that DLP lacks it. Please do not be fooled by their claim of recent changes in management because the site was taken down to be edited; however, DLP chose to advertise in the way in which they did. The appropriate thing to have done is listed things as coming soon, if not yet completed, and notate that certain features are available in select units. If you want to dream and prosper while living the life you deserve to live DO NOT move to The Views on Longcreek. You've been warned.
