The apartment manager is a rude, racist person. It's been two times in a row I've come to the pool & she runs out the back office door and ask if I live here like she's never seen me before and then makes some excuse that strangers have been coming using their pool. She never comes and asks anybody else that when they're sitting here at the pool that I've ever seen. Except for today when she asked my girlfriend who was already here if she lived here just because she seen me walking in and talking to her. And then asked her if I was with her. What a P.O.S. I'm sure her response will be that she does that to everyone, but I've been using this pool for over 2 years and I've never seen any office personnel do that and she just started doing that to me. I don't appreciate being called out like that, you can tell by my profile pic I'm no criminal trespassing on this property.

The apartment manager is a rude racist person. Every time I come to the pool she runs out the back office door and ask if I live here like she's never seen me before and then make some excuse that strangers have been coming using their pool. Ohh, just like any other apartment complex they raise your rent every year and don't improve your apartment at all.

Overpriced. Their maintenance takes forever to come out and fix anything. The place is so old. The shower has gunk coming out from behind...

I hope future prospective tenets will Granby Oaks the way I do. The property grounds are kept very tidy. The maintenance guy is pretty much out there everyday with a pick and a bucket picking up whatever little bits made their way into the streets. There are no dumpsters but there's also no foul smells either. The trash schedule is more than reasonable for a husband, wife, and two cats. The location is great for what few places I need to go but I don't really go out a lot. There's a Bi-Lo right across the street maybe a 10 -15 minute leisurely walk. It's a VERY safe area, I don't feel l need to bar my windows or be home before dark. I still lock my car and doors but that's common sense stuff. The staff is awesome and truly treat you like you're an actual human being and not their paycheck. **I posted a review on apartment ratings that goes in to detail if you care enough to know. Also, I didn't get paid to do this or get thrown into some raffle for a chance to win anything. I'm happy to get nothing from this and that's how anyone should expect it to be. I'm simply writing this to help others find a place that they can be proud of.
