Im a little annoyed that laundry takes a card and if you run out of funds on the weekend when everyone does laundry. Good luck getting into where the card reloader box is. Why is that locked in a totally different area and not in the laundry room where it belongs. I should give two stars!!!!! I need clean work uniforms!!!!!!!!

Bugs everywhere, even though they claim to spray for them. (Said I had a bug problem because there was a fuse box in my cupboard.)
Great place to live! Great location near downtown and USC! All inclusive utilities.

Ever since my lease was up, they have piled on excuses as to why it has taken so long to return my security deposit....
Ever since my lease was up, they have piled on excuses as to why it has taken so long to return my security deposit. No one has disputed the fact that I am due the full $535. I have waited 2.5 months and have had to endure excuses such as, "we sent it to the wrong address," or "I went on vacation without taking care of this," or "I promise we'll mail it tomorrow." They will not check their answering machine or return calls. Once I got disconnected accidentally, but no one ever called me back. They are so lazy, you actually have to stand there and watch them or they will not do their jobs. Too bad it's impossible to get in touch with the owners.
