Each unit has a separate electric meter and is equipped with a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, and wall heating and air conditioning. A shared laundry facility is located onsite.
There is a Utility Fee of $85/mo for water, sewer, and garbage and a Laundry Facility Fee of $25/mo. There is no extra cost to use washers and dryers. Small pets under 30 lbs allowed upon approval. A $300 non-refundable pet fee applies. Pet rent is $25/mo per pet.
