Newly furnished and decorated in March of 2022, we hope you find a peaceful sanctuary in this home. Curl up on the new sofa and stream all of your favorite programs on the new Samsung 55 TV.
Bedrooms are furnished with high quality memory foam mattresses, hotel collection pillows, luxury sheets, and blackout curtains. For the chefs (and coffee lovers), our kitchen is equipped with everything you need.
You'll have access to your own washer and dryer and ample storage in our incredibly spacious basement which attaches to an equally large garage. Enjoy a drink or a sunset in the private backyard, complete with deck and gazebo. The spacious yard is fenced in for your four legged family members. We have installed a smart lock for keyless entry so no need to worry about keeping track of keys.
The home is located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood. Within an approximate five minute drive, you'll find ample shopping and dining options, including Target, TJ Maxx, Home Depot, Kroegers, and a plethora of local and chain restaurants.
We also charge an additional $100 per adult person (beyond the first person) per month to offset the cost of utilities.
