Apt are nice place seemed quiet, grounds were kept up nice, people who work there are friendly can't wait to move in

Worse place ever especially the front office people Jennifer and Courtney. I have called several times on my dishwasher not working and water backed up in my tubs along with toilets not flushing. I have left several voicemails and I receive NO callbacks. I walked in the office and they make up excuses after excuses and someone will be there. When I left they never saw my friend in the office and was laughing and talking about me behind my back I was told. They are so unprofessional and bad for business. I have had nothing but problems since I moved in and cant wait to my lease is up. I have never met anyone so rude and fake especially talking about the tenants behind backs. I do not recommend Riverwalk way to anyone. This has been the worse experience ever with customer service and management.

I didnt go inside an apartment but I am impressed with the groundskeeping and how quiet it was even tho it's close to a major road
