Guest bedroom number one has a large picture window looking out onto the front yard. Guest bedroom number two looks out onto the back yard. Each guest bedroom has its own sliding double-door closet. The guest bathroom is a full bath with a tub and shower, a medicine cabinet, and a sink vanity with cupboards.
The laundry room is accessed via the master bedroom hallway. This laundry room features a row of cupboards and washer and dryer hookups available to tenants. There is an entrance into the home inside the garage. This entrance takes you right into the laundry room.
The sliding glass door in the dining room leads to a concrete patio and to the fully enclosed back yard. This yard is an ideal location for private family gatherings and for children to play in. There is also an outdoor storage shed in the back yard available to tenants.
The home has central air conditioning, while heat is provided by a forced air gas furnace. Floors throughout the home are luxury vinyl plank flooring. The master bedroom and guest bedroom number two are fully carpeted. All windows in the home come with blinds installed. The lawn is watered with an automatic sprinkler system.
