Ridgewood Terrace is located just 1 block south of Kootenai Medical Center between Highway 95 & Northwest Blvd. It is within walking distance to the CityLink bus stop.
There are 2 laundry rooms on-site with 2 washers and 2 dryers in each, coin operated, so you always have an available washer or dryer when you need one.
$35 application fee for 18 and older adults applying to live in the unit.
We do allow pets however we do have breed and weight restrictions.
$400 deposit per pet
