Waters Edge Apartments - Affordable Housing

Our community is located in the quaint town of Cleveland, TN and is managed by ALCO Management, Inc. based out of Memphis, TN who specializes in affordable housing. Waters Edge is newly renovated and offers 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments ranging in size from 653 to 813 sq.ft. Amenities include cable ready units, central heating and air conditioning, community laundry facilities, updated playground, appliances, on-site management and maintenance, and much more.

Our 2 bedroom/ 1-bathroom units are 755 Sq. Ft. and our 3 bedrooms/ 1-bathroom units that are 877 Sq. Ft. We are a project-based Section 8 and Tax Credit property. Rent and security deposits are based on 30% of your gross income. The wait list varies since we don’t know who’s moving out or when. Sometimes it goes quickly, or it can take months. Required documents are birth certificates and social security cards for all household members and a government-issued picture ID for all adults.
