I really enjoy living at Clemson Edge! The apartments are spacious and despite living on ground floor, I dont experience bug issues even in the summer. The amenities within the apartment are great as well. I got a furnished apartment and enjoy the bed provided as well as the storage cabinets. The closets are spacious as well as the bedrooms. Whenever I have a maintenance request, their team is very timely and responds quickly even if it isnt urgent. Love living here and would recommend! The only utility not included is electricity which done through Duke isnt too much added on.
I have been living here for almost a year now. I really like it here especially the gym and pool amenities. Maintenance is really fast on completing request.
They were super friendly when touring and learning about the property. The facilities are in pristine condition and I can't wait to live there in the fall!
Everyone had been great! Super helpful staff, quick maintenance, and amazing facilities! It can get loud at times, but it's been good this year.
