The office staff are friendly in person but initially contacting them took ages - every time I would call I would get an automated message and then it would hang up on me. I am finally in an apartment and my air broke. The maintenance staff cannot find my key on file and cannot wait until after 5PM for me to get off of work to provide them with a key to fix our air. They then proceeded to tell us we should have contacted the emergency line. We have not been provided an emergency number much less can not even get through to the main office. Very disappointed - not in the air breaking, but in the lack of customer service expected in fixing it, especially when we are paying $1k a month to live there. It is not an emergency to have our air down in February but we would at least like communication about what is going to be done about it. Also - BEWARE Costco's receives deliveries at 3 - 4AM multiple mornings a week and you will hear a very annoying back up alarm in the midst of the night.

Can't even contact them to see if any rooms are available. I've tried six times throughout the past two days within their office hours and it goes to an automated option system every time, I even left a message but still no one got back with me. If this is the case, I'm sure management sucks, since that seems to be a chief complaint with most apartment complexes.
