Enjoy the quieter pace of South Cle Elum, with easy access to trails, parks, golfing, skiing & snowmobiling. Storage shed is for tenant use.
Tenants are responsible for $200 monthly flat rate for water & sewer.
PETS: Pets are approved on a case by case basis. Applicants must verify with management regarding specific pets and go through a pet screening process. The pet application is $25 each and if approved, there is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250 due at move in, and pet rent of $50 per month. *Management does not guarantee that your pet will be approved.
