This is a small apartment building with only 5 other units in a very nice part of town. There are also washer and dryer hook-ups. There is off-street parking as well as a common area in the basement so a storm shelter would be available in the case of a storm.
Washer and dryer could be rented for $40/month.
A deposit equal to the rent is required. Pet(s) would be considered. There would be a pet deposit/pet fee (1/2 the rental amount plus pet rent with half refundable) as well as $35.00 per month in pet rent.
