Ive lived here for two years and have been loving the updates that the new management has been doing. Parking is getting so much better. Maintance is kind and friendly, and really loves animals. My dog is afraid of most men and she LOVES them, theyve always been so kind to her. She also loves to go see leasing staff, Dan and Christina always greet her with so much love. The staff helps respond to concerns quickly and fairly. Theyre always happy to listen and answer questions I always feel heard. Theyre very transparent about everything which I super appreciate. I absolutely encourage living here

I have lived here for almost 14 months. We just renewed our leased. New management took over and have made improvements to better the grounds and trash that some renters dont respect. The maintenance guys are always quick and take care of any issues right away. We enjoy living here and have never had any issues.

Great experience working with Christina Houston over a month as I sorted through relocating to the area for work. Ms. Houston was very professional each time we spoke. She met me multiple times with the same enthusiasm and customer driven focus, alliwing me to see the model again later in my decision process. I met her Manager Dan who was very kind to speak with and appears to care very much for the community that he has been entrusted with. His goal is to rent to quality folks, and understands that a conversation is worth a lot! The apartment community is in a great location in beautiful Montgomery County Maryland. With easy access to a few major highways; you are quickly on your way to shopping, parks, and dining locations. Metro is just a few minutes up the highway broadening your convenience for travel and adventures. The apartments are gorgeous. The amenities are amazing, esp the ability to privately reserve for entertainment. During both tours I always felt like I could easily make this place my new home. The property is well care for as well as quiet. Not being from the area, I drove through various days & times of the week to see if there would be any concerns and in fact, there were none. I viewed families with children; couples and singles, out and about who all seemed friendly and happy. I appreciate that this community is pet friendly. The amenities are amazing, esp the ability to privately reserve for entertainment; as well as some features being available in both buildings. Do not hesitate to meet with Ms. Houston and give Axiom a serious thought. Rent here will provide you the same or usually better quality/space than most communities I had toured throughout the County.

Ive been living here since fall of 2020 and its been great, any issues I have the leasing office is always helpful and maintenance has always been able to come and fix any issues I may have had which was only a few request. The hall ways and stairwells are cleaned and kept up with which Is always nice. I dont really have much complaints, other than parking, the more people moved in the more parking became sparse. Otherwise its been nice living here at Axiom. Keep up the good work!
