The property manager, Julie, has been so nice and so sweet. I was going through some issues with my bank and my account was frozen. I was given a courtesy for my check bouncing for the first time. Its really been quite lovely living in this community. Every Tuesday, landscapers landscapers work. Its peaceful.
We recently moved out after 7 years at Plum Tree. We are proud homeowners now, otherwise we would probably have stayed another 7 years....
We recently moved out after 7 years at Plum Tree. We are proud homeowners now, otherwise we would probably have stayed another 7 years. I have lived in apartments all of my adult life and I have to admit that the staff at Plum Tree including the maintenance guys always went above and beyond my expectations. Just a great team all around. We will miss our little community of great neighbors too.

I absolutely recommend Plum Tree Apartment Homes. This place is home, truly a hidden gem in the city of Claremont. The landscape is beautifully well maintained and clean, the lawn is green year round. The amenities are wonderful, a computer room, gym, large pool, spa, tennis courts, and park for kids. The manager Julie is the sweetest, kindest, most wonderful person, she is one of the main reasons why we love to live here, my kids love her! I have lived in three different units within the property in the past five years and enjoyed every one of them. The current unit I reside in is my favorite. It is a cute, spacious corner unit with a large patio that is shaded all day. Julie ensures every unit she rents is perfect, from paint, wood floors, washer/dryer in unit, appliances, and blinds, she makes sure they are new, clean, and or very well kept. The neighborhood is safe, peaceful, quiet, and friendly. The maintenance personnel Ernesto and Matt are awesome! Every repair is done quickly and right the first time. These guys are total professionals. They are super nice and friendly, we love them! Walking distance from the village, near parks, and schools. I wholeheartedly recommend Plum Tree, come call this well kept secret your home.

The maintenance workers Ernie and Matt do an amazing job keeping the place clean and anytime we need a repair its done the same day. Julie is a great manager and our kids just love her. We are just so happy here and we hope this helps others want to live here too.
