The ultimate goal of the architect...is to create a paradise. Every house, every product of architecture... should be a fruit of our endeavour to build an earthly paradise for people. If a man could pass through Paradise in a dream, and have a flower presented to him as a pledge that his soul had really been there, and if he found that flower in his hand when he awake - Aye, what then? happiness for my wife and kids I've found here at Lisa ridge. nevertheless I wanna take the time out to say (Manger) Stephanie and Ms Sarah. Thank you for this much Joy .. I'm honor to be apart of the family.

I have currently been living here for a few months now, the apartments are not bad and they have a lot of rules which helps keep the community well maintained and quiet. My only issue was a while back we got Blamed for roaches and a bad smell in our apartment due to our Dog and we cleaned throughly and kept our unit well maintained and did everything we could for the dog and the roaches no matter how much we spray and keep food hidden and in closed containers they keep coming back and they seem to swarm outside by the door in the evening. The staff are very friendly though and if you talk to them they are willing to work with you and the location may be in a bad part of the neighborhood but the way its located helps it to be a safe environment. My only wish with them is to take care of the roaches outside and to tow these cars I keep seeing that are in poor condition.

I moved here from Florida on a Friday and Michelle did an awesome job. Getting us in to our apartment by Sunday when we got here and it's really nice an quiet. She did all the paper work fast. To make sure we had a place to come to an I greatly appreciate it.

Our family has lived here for six years, and other than occasionally not being able to find a parking spot near our door, have few complaints. Maintenance problems are handled promptly, often the same day I report them. My daughter is happy that she can have her cats, and they LOVE to take walks around the slightly wooded areas behind the buildings. It is also nice to not be directly on Queen City Avenue. so we don't really hear the traffic noise.

The rent is cheap and I lived there for a year, but I wouldn't recommend renting from this place. It is very true that this place is infested with roaches, and it has been an apparent problem for years judging from the posts below. No matter how clean you keep your apartment or how much spraying you do, you may wake up to roaches all over your kitchen. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS NASTY PLACE. Also, if you happen to get a dent in your car in the middle of your lease, you can't park it there, they WILL tow it.
