If you have any problems with utilities or plumbing or appliances, you will quickly discover that CMC uses less than competent repairmen. With minimal mechanical knowledge, time and time again I seem to be the one fixing problems after a CMC workers first attempt. Today, we came home from vacation to find that a repairman left our toilet running non stop for four days straight. This is beyond the tenth time we've had an issue with this toilet. We have experienced all types of excuses and delays with this, ranging from 'poop shaming' to blatant incompetence. Is your ceiling leaking because of an overflow? Guess what, they can't give you a repairman arrival quote time. Takes anywhere from 30min to 2 hours for them to show in an emergency. My girlfriend was locked out of the apartment while I was at work, two hours later a CMC locksmith finally shows up. Also, the 'Cincinnati Bell Deal' they have is complete BS at $43/mo for snail speeds. Time Warner is $15/mo here and 4x the speed. While the space is nice at the carriage station townhomes, nothing else about them legitimize spending $750 a month plus $130 for AC in the summer. Wish I could move out tomorrow but there's a sneaky clause in the lease that requires three months rent in advance to stop a lease short. 'Disappointing' is a PG version of the words I'd like to use to describe this situation. And we've only been here Feb-Aug....

I moved here from Brandychase and we love it here. We have a 3 bedroom end unit and it's spacious, full size washer dryer connections upstairs next to the bathroom. Our kitchen was re modeled before the previous tenant moved in and it looks amazing. I like that there is assigned parking here unlike Brandychase. Although I do wish they would add a pool & fitness center here as well. There isn't much here.

Took so long to put in a door know in the upstairs that I went out and bought one myself and put it in. I wish the neighbors would stop piling their trash on their patios there's even one a couple apt down who regularly puts their trash outside the front door. Just has become a disappointment. Hoping things can get better.

I am not sure what was happening here 4 years ago to warrant the bad reviews, but we love it. We have been here for six months now. Young family with four kids. The unit is very clean and spacious. We have had a few maintenance issues but they have responded swiftly and knowledgably. We have never heard our neighbors through the wall. There are kids in the area but rules are enforced and we like all of our neighbors. The outside is clean as well and snow removal has been swift. Overall a great experience and a place that really feels like home.

It was a very nice place to live when it was ran by Sundance with very caring staff and fast maintenance and quarterly inspections . Now ever since CMC took over its went down hill with very standoffish and rude office staff and poor maintenance who left us without heat over night in single digit temperatures because the on call tech was just too tired and we have 2 small children and we heard nothing more than an I'm sorry from the manager . That really did us in . The insider pages really hit the nail on the head as well Poor Quality for the Money . We pay 850.00 a month to be treated so poorly and now this year there raising the rent 10.00 LOL . I will never recommend a CMC ran property . Such a SHAME . :(

TERRIBLE.
During the time I have lived at Carriage Station, property management changed from Sundance Management to CMC. It used to be a nice place to live with a very caring office staff and timely maintenance (changing air filters every month, fire extinguisher inspections, community raffles, etc). Getting any work done has become like pulling teeth. I have put in several work orders that were never completed or I was told they had been done and they were not. The office staff is stand-offish and rude. They maybe change the air filters once every 6 months now. This is terrible service, especially when you have neighbors on both sides who smoke inside their homes and the smoke permeates the walls and comes in through the vents.
Many of the newer tenants don't seem to have jobs, leave their patios trashy, and don't pick up after their dogs.
Unfortunately, I do not receive government assistance like most of the people that have moved in over the past year or so, so I pay every dollar of my rent and I pay it on time.
Other than the terrible property managers, the townhomes themselves do not have very much storage space at all. You can see cracks in the ceiling that have been repaired and water comes in through the foundation when it rains.
It goes to show that a once pleasant place to live can really go downhill depending on the property manager and the tenants they house.
